What is Wellbox?
Wellbox is a monthly subscription service where members pay a fixed fee every month (on the 1st, 15th, or 25th), and this gives you access to the Wellbox online shopping portal. As a member you can select any of the 100% natural House of Health supplements and wellness products – at factory prices and get them delivered to your door.
How does it work?
Your monthly subscription fee is debited on the date you select. As a paid-up member, you can then purchase as many products as you need, as many times in a month as you want, through the Wellbox shopping portal. These products and the subsequent courier fees will be added to your basket at checkout.
What’s in the box?
Each Wellbox contains your selection – big or small – of quality, certified House of Health products. You determine what goes into your Wellbox and how often you want it delivered.
Where do the products come from?
All Wellbox products and supplements are from House of Health and are 100% natural. All products are made from the highest quality raw materials a Pharmaceutical Grade, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified facility. Our standards of production meet both local and international requirements. House of Health is a founder member of the Health Products Association of South Africa.
How do I join?
Click on the Join Now page and complete the signing up form. Once submitted, one of our Wellbox agents will call you to finalise your membership application and provide you with a membership number.
Your membership number will be the mobile phone number you used to sign up with. When you have your membership details, register on the website to obtain your username and password and log in to immediately start shopping.
Are my personal details secure?
Yes, and our server is protected by an SSL certificate.
How much does it cost?
A Wellbox subscription costs R29 per month, which will be debited every month from your account on the date you have chosen, for as long as you are a member. This monthly fee gives you access to the online shopping portal where you can select House of Health products at factory prices.
Your membership fee excludes the cost of your order and courier fees. The products you choose, and the size of your order, will determine the cost of each Wellbox.
How do I pay?
For member subscription: When you sign up to become a member, you can select to pay by debit order or credit card, which will be processed over the phone through a Wellbox agent. All your bank details will be safely stored.
For product purchases: Only credit cards are currently accepted and payments are facilitated through PayGate. We regret no EFTs.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through an accredited payment gateway.

When will I be charged?
Once your membership application has been processed, you will be debited R29 every month, on the date you selected, until you unsubscribe.
For a new member, if, for example, you sign up before the 25th of May, you will debited R29 on the 25th of May. If you sign up between the 26th of May and the 1st of June, you will be debited R29 on the 25th of June.
You will be charged for individual orders as you place them.
When do I receive my Wellbox?
Your box will be delivered to the address you have provided, within 10 working days of when you placed your order online.
Where do you deliver?
Our courier delivery service is currently limited to Cape Town central, Johannesburg central and Durban central. If you reside outside these delivery areas, but you are keen to join Wellbox, please speak to an agent via our online chat functionality or call us on 0861 230 007.
What delivery address must I use?
To make sure we deliver the right Wellbox to the right person, we need a signature. We recommend that you use a business address, where someone is available during office hours to sign for the delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?
Johannesburg central, Cape Town central and Durban central will be charged a fixed delivery fee of R65.00 incl VAT. Unfortunately, deliveries to areas outside of these centres cannot be accommodated at this time, but please join our waiting list by chatting to an agent online or phone us on 0861 230 007.
My Wellbox hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Please allow 10 working days from when you placed your order. If, after 10 working days, your order still has not arrived, please phone 0861 230 007.
I am unhappy with my House of Health products. What should I do?
If you are unhappy with your delivery, please phone us on 0861 230 007 and then courier the box back to us within 30 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee an automatic refund and will evaluate each case and issue a refund or replace the items at our discretion.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’ll be sad to see you go, however you may cancel by phoning 0861 230 007. Please ensure that you cancel your subscription before the date of your debit order, to avoid being charged for your next month’s subscription.
