Pomegranate Antioxidant Smoothie Recipe:
➢ ½ cup pomegranate juice
➢ 1 cup water/ coconut water
➢ 1 frozen banana
➢ 1 TBSP chia seeds
➢ Handful of frozen/ fresh berries (I used frozen blue berries)
Blend all together and enjoy!
