Living in today’s world it can be incredibly hard to get your hands on quality, nutrient dense, pesticide-free and good tasting produce without having to take a loan from the bank. I try my best to nourish my body every time I sit down to a meal, however, due to the decline in soil quality, use of pesticides and mass production, the of the nutrients in today’s current produce is less than before. Making adequate nutrition uptake challenging when relying solely on food sources.

Spirulina is a microalgae, with incredible benefits, however, its potent taste can overpower any smoothie it is added too which is the reason many avoid it. This is why taking it in capsule form is 100% better – You get the benefits minus the taste!
